Likewise, along with our affiliates in the UK and UAE, we assist Indian clients in buying and investing in real estate in those countries in keeping with the Indian laws and regulatory mechanism.
We also have a strong team handling complex Real Estate disputes before all levels of courts in India as well as before the Real Estate Regulatory and Development Authority and the Consumer Commissions.
